Job summary

Ojai Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure high-quality resident care. The RN will work under the DON/ADON guidance, help develop policies, and coordinate with nursing staff to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires an active CA RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Assist in directing nursing services in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in quality assurance and discharge planning activities.
