Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in organizing daily nursing activities. You will admit, discharge and transfer patients, coordinate physician communication and oversee care planning and documentation.

Experience with MDS processes and supervising licensed and unlicensed staff is essential. The role offers shift differentials, with a focus on evenings, nights and weekends, plus benefits and weekly pay in a non-profit setting

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff activities.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians and coordinates care planning/ MDS processes.
• Provides education and supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff.
