Job summary

Beavercreek Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities during the shift and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians and families. Must hold an Ohio RN license and be able to meet physical demands; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license or multi-state license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must maintain required continuing education/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures and state/federal regulations.
