Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage resident treatments and administer medications per nursing protocols
• Assess residents and participate in care planning with the RN
• Monitor vital signs and hydration status; observe for deviations
• Perform or assist with nursing procedures and equipment operation
• Document treatments, responses, and changes in condition accurately
• Coordinate with physicians, dining services, and other departments as needed
