Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse at Collingswood Manor in Collingswood, NJ. The role offers $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience, with an 8-hour shift from 2pm to 10pm.

You will administer medications, uphold care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care and smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident status throughout the shift and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Provide nursing services in accordance with individualized care plans, established procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support the admission, transfer, and discharge process while helping ensure a smooth experience for residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and the development and review of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care and positive outcomes.
