Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking an RN Quality Improvement Specialist in Danvers, MA, to guide quality assurance and performance improvement across the organization. You will monitor compliance with regulations, collect and analyze data on quality and client care, and collaborate with leadership to drive corrective actions and survey readiness.

The role requires an MA RN license and at least five years of nursing experience, including exposure to home health and accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license in MA required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience with home health, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation, or performance improvement.
• Knowledge of home health regulations, CoP, OASIS, QA and performance improvement principles.
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMRs, and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of QA and PI activities.
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation, and agency requirements; promote evidence-based practices and quality client outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality, compliance, client care, and improvements.
• Identify improvement opportunities with leadership and support corrective action planning.
• Interpret regulatory requirements, conduct audits, develop corrective action plans, and monitor initiatives.
• Analyze clinical and operational data, identify trends, develop recommendations, implement improvements.
• Promote survey readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regs.
