Job summary

Eye Surgery Center of New Albany in New Albany, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pre-Op/PACU area on a part-time basis. You will assess, plan, implement and document patient care per standards and policies, and support a clean, safe perioperative environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications as preferred. Prior ASC/PACU experience is highly desirable. No weekends or on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN License required.
• Experience in ASC, PACU, ICU, Medical Surgical or Telemetry floors preferred.

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care per standards and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participates in direct patient care and supports perioperative care pathways.
