Job summary

Oak Plains Academy, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse in Ashland City, TN. Shifts run 10 AM to 10 PM across two 12-hour blocks, with six-week self scheduling and shift differentials.

You will render professional nursing care within a psychiatric residential treatment setting for children and adolescents, perform assessments, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans under a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program and Tennessee license or eligibility.
• Preferred experience with children/adolescents and psychiatric inpatient settings.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must attend two-week orientation, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within treatment programs and update care plans.
• Administer medications and document data per facility policy.
• Assess patients and communicate data to care teams; ensure safety and quality.
