Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time role in our outpatient clinics. You will provide compassionate nursing care, explain procedures, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.

The position runs 22 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 12:00pm, with a focus on patient comfort and safety. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Nursing, an active RN license, CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications, and have 2+ years of nursing experience in hospital or

• Strong knowledge of procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients to gain cooperation and reduce anxiety.
• Screen patients prior to procedures for contraindications.
• Educate patients and family on pre/intra/post care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per standards.
• Prepare equipment and assist during treatment.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Document patient history and assessments.
• Initiate patient education plans per physician policy.
