You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and coordinate with the healthcare team to improve outcomes.

Shift: Two ten-hour days; requires RN licensure, BLS, and acute care experience. This faith-based system emphasizes whole-person care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• English fluency in reading, speaking and writing.
• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
• Respond to code situations and ensure infection control and safety standards.
