Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian seeks experienced Registered Nurses for part-time positions, 20 hours a week, on 10DG Advanced Lung Disease and Lung Transplant Step Down unit. The hospital is a Magnet-designated teaching center with ongoing research and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced RN in part-time roles.
• Part-time positions available, working 20 hours a week.
• Minimum rate of pay for non-BSN Professional Staff Nurse is $37.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Create positive connections with patients and colleagues.
• Teach Effectively: Educate patients, families, and staff using adult learning principles; support team learning and guide patients through care transitions.
• Provide Holistic Care: Deliver individualized care using the nursing process, set daily goals, communicate clearly, and document thoroughly.
