Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments and care plans to residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes.
• Record and report resident status and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident comfort and safety.
• Coordinate with therapists for rehabilitation needs.
