Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Licensed LPN in good standing with Michigan.
• BLS competency through core orientation.
• Orientation completed based on unit and experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze data from computer systems.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, assess and document data and implement interventions.
• Gather information on residents' physical and psychosocial needs.
• Document nursing history and vital signs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and care planning.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Rotate to all units as needed.
