Qualifications

• Current, valid Connecticut RN or LPN license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor residents and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support and supervise nursing assistants as appropriate.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.
