Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate care promoting independence, comfort, and dignity.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures; collaborate with the nursing team.
