Job summary

Pendleton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the Evening Shift. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Current, valid Connecticut RN or LPN license required.
Strong communication and clinical skills; compassionate and dependable.
New graduates welcome; prior skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, individualized nursing care according to resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Monitor and document residents' condition changes.
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Supervise and support nursing assistants as appropriate to licensure and duties.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow nursing policies and procedures.
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
