High Point Residence Tinley Park is seeking compassionate RN and LPN professionals for part-time or PRN positions in a supportive living and memory care setting.

The role emphasizes resident-centered nursing care, collaboration with families and physicians, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Daytime shifts with every other weekend availability are offered to create flexible schedules.

Competenze

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Every other weekend availability.

Mansioni

• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in health and condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
