Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Every other weekend availability.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in health and condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and emotional support to residents and families.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment.
• Follow established nursing procedures, community policies, and applicable regulatory standards.
