Estherville Community Care Center is seeking a part-time RN/LPN to provide comprehensive nursing care in our long-term care facility. The RN assesses residents, develops care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of life.

Shifts include 6-2p and 6-6p. The role requires an Iowa RN license and CPR/BLS certification, with ADN required and BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Iowa.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess residents on admission and ongoing assessments.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Document assessments and care in the EMR.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to medical emergencies and initiate procedures as needed.
