Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a capable Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes growth, leadership potential, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes across a spectrum of complex cases.

New graduates focus on developing skills while building confidence in caring for increasingly complex patients. Qualified applicants hold Georgia RN licensure, ADN/ Diploma, and at least one year of RN experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate’s Degree, ADN or Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in RN I performance expectations and advanced practice requirements.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate to appropriate care transitions and patient safety.
