Job summary

EveryAge is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled care at Providence Place, High Point, NC. You will lead and support LPNs and CNAs while delivering patient-centered nursing that enhances resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per care plans and standards.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in resident care.
• Assess residents, monitor changes, and communicate findings to physicians and team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
