Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a part-time Manager of Hospital Operations (RN) in Grove City, PA to serve as an administrative liaison among staff, patients, physicians, families, and departments.

The role requires PA RN licensure (or eNLC), 3 years of recent nursing experience, and preferred management experience and a Bachelor's degree.

You will address complex patient care issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and help optimize patient flow and resource use in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years recent nursing experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as an administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, and other hospital departments.
• Make administrative decisions and notify the administrator on call, Legal Dept, and/or Risk Management as appropriate.
• Serve as a resource person for complex or complicated patient cases.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
• Facilitate patient flow and ensure resources are utilized appropriately and cost-effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements.
