Job summary
Family First Health is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the Nurse Family Partnership program at our York location. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing and education to first-time mothers and families, perform home visits, document care, and coordinate with community resources.
A BSN and active RN license are required, with CPR and Narcan certifications, and the ability to travel between sites.
Qualifications
- RN license and BSN are required.
- Current CPR and Narcan certification.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical reporting software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to travel between work sites and homes.
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing, education and support services for first-time mothers and families.
- Maintains therapeutic relationships and boundaries during home visits.
- Assesses needs across 6 domains of the NFP and plans interventions.
- Delivers care per NFP guidelines and documents timely.
