Job summary

Carepoint Home Care Agency is seeking a part-time RN (~20 hours per week) to perform initial client assessments, develop care plans, and conduct quarterly follow-up visits in the Charlotte area.

Ideal candidates hold an active NC RN license with CPR and the ability to pass background checks. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance are required to serve clients at their homes. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NC RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Criminal background check and drug screening clearance.
• Valid NC driver's license and vehicle with proof of insurance/registration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and schedule independently.
• Home care and geriatric care experience is a plus.

Carepoint, Inc., a premier Home Care agency needs a part time RN (around 20 hours a week) to do initial client assessments, develop care plans, and follow up quarterly home visits. Must be flexible in scheduling. Home care experience and geriatric care a plus. Must be a self-starter with a warm, friendly personality to establish relationships with new clients and to continue excellent relationships with existing clients.

Ideal candidates have the following:

• Active, unrestricted NC RN license
• Current CPR certification and a current, negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening
• Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license and vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule
