Job summary

Carepoint, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time RN to perform initial client assessments, create comprehensive care plans, and follow up with quarterly home visits.

The role requires availability for flexible scheduling and a self-starting, personable professional to build strong relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will hold an active NC RN license, CPR certification, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification and a current, negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening.
• Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license and vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule.

Must be a self-starter with a warm, friendly personality to establish relationships with new clients and to continue excellent relationships with existing clients.
