Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs on the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and respond to changes per the care plan.
• Educate residents and families on disease processes and management.
• Lead and supervise CNAs in daily tasks and shift handoffs.
