Job summary

UCHealth in Loveland, CO seeks a part-time RN to provide direct patient care in an onsite medical office setting. You will plan and evaluate patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

This is an onsite role with no hybrid/remote option, offering a pay range of $33.61–$52.10 per hour and 48 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates with disciplines for transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and family; provides education tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept students and new hires.
