Job summary

UCHealth Plan Administrative - Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Part Time RN to provide direct patient care in a physician office setting, following the nursing process and UCHealth policies.

This role requires RN licensure, BLS, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. The schedule is Days, onsite with no remote option; pay ranges from $33.61 to $52.10 per hour, dependent on experience. You will work within Primary Care, supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; State RN licensure required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessments.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition; coordinates across disciplines.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and care needs.
• Delegates care to ancillary personnel; may precept students/new hires.
• Work requires critical thinking and the ability to act with minimal supervision.
