Job summary

Nite Lines USA in Decatur, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support diabetes prevention and health assessment initiatives. The role focuses on cardiometabolic risk reduction through outreach, screening, and education.

You will deliver BP monitoring, hypertension management guidance, and diabetes prevention program activities, following JNC guidelines and NDPP recognition standards. Flexible 11.5 hours/week with $55/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with blood pressure monitoring and hypertension management.
• Familiarity with diabetes prevention and NDPP recognition.
• Ability to coordinate outreach and health promotion activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide client management for patients with hypertension, including BP monitoring and education.
• Diagnosis and management guidance based on current JNC guidelines for hypertension.
• Deliver the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) activities and support NDPP recognition.
• Support community outreach events and health promotion activities.
