Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking a Part-Time Day Registered Nurse (RN) to join their adult inpatient team in Meridian, ID. You will be responsible for providing and overseeing medical services, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring timely documentation under supervision.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience with EMR systems (KIPU preferred). The schedule is Saturday 6am-6:30pm with compensation of $34-42/hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; KIPU preferred.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and document observations for the care team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and discharge planning.
