Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing within 6 months of hire.
• BLS Provider from American Heart Association within 1 month of hire.
• RN license obtained within 3 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Coordinates with all disciplines for well coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
