Job summary

Saint Therese is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. The role supports a team-driven environment with opportunities for professional growth in a faith-based community.

The position requires an active Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. The schedule includes mornings or overnights, with every other weekend and holiday, and includes competitive pay

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Ohio
• CPR certification current and valid
• Demonstrate leadership abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to supervise and collaborate with STNAs and care team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders
• Safely administer medications and treatments and monitor responses
• Document accurately using electronic health records
• Assess changes in resident condition and communicate with Nurse Manager and family
• Oversee and guide STNAs and care team
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Promote respectful, compassionate, person-centered care
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork
