Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Missouri.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings.
• Connect real-world nursing practice to coursework.
• Coach and mentor students to develop clinical skills, judgment, communication, and confidence.
• Observe student performance and provide feedback and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Joyce faculty and staff to ensure a consistent, student-centered learning experience.
• Stay current in your nursing practice and bring current clinical knowledge into teaching.
• Participate in university activities such as faculty meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation.
