Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for assigned patient caseload with physicians, nursing staff and other health professionals.
• Perform admission, continued stay, and discharge reviews in accordance with regulations and Utilization Management Plan.
• Engage in discharge planning to facilitate efficient resource use and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to revenue protection by reconciling orders, bed billing type, and medical necessity.
