Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Part Time RN Case Manager in Irvine, CA for a 13-week assignment. Start ASAP with weekend coverage on 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun). This role emphasizes discharge planning, patient assessment, and care coordination to support safe transitions and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in case management, CA RN license, BSN, and BLS certification. CCM/ACM preferred. Epic is used for patient records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years clinical nursing experience with 1+ year Case Management.
• California RN license, BSN, and BLS are required.
• CCM/ACM credentials preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years clinical nursing experience with 1+ year Case Management experience; CA RN License in Hand, BSN, AHA BLS
