Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time days/nights with 12-hour shifts. The role includes direct patient care across emergent, acute, swing bed and long-term units, with a base pay range of $43.47–$74.95 per hour DOE and applicable shift differentials.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform essential nursing functions, administer medications, monitor cardiac activity, and ensure safe, quality care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.
• Active on the WA State Registry.
• BLS valid at hire and during employment.
• ACLS and PALS required at hire or within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains comprehensive nursing history and performs focused physical assessments.
• Performs basic clinical skills including IV therapy, catheter/NG care and CPR.
• Monitors and reports abnormal data; initiates/adjusts plan of care.
• Manages ED triage, admissions, discharges within scope of practice.
• Documents in EHR and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
