Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New grads may enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure patient safety with evidence-based practice.
• Assess and plan care with patients and families, including spiritual and educational components.
• Communicate with the care team in a timely manner and keep families updated.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Be accountable for care provided by others as appropriate.
