Job summary

Providence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Mercy Fitzgerald is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our sub-acute and long-term care team. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and follow individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role includes 11 PM–7 AM shifts every other weekend and opportunities for daily pay. Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license, BLS CPR, and have strong assessments and communication skills to

Qualifications

Current PA RN license in good standing.
Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
Follow and implement nurse care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per POC.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
