Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years old for Grouper/Greeter positions at Thunderhead, Tennessee Tornado, FireChaser Express, Dragonflier
• Must be at least 16 years old for Ride Operators at Moderate Thrill Attractions and Grouper/Greeter at the listed rides
• Must be at least 18 years old for Ride Operators at High Thrill Attractions and activities involving motor vehicles or lift hills
• Basic computer skills; must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen; valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls/control panels in all weather conditions
• Communicate and enforce safety rules
• Assist guests and maintain safety during evacuation
• Inspect safety equipment prior to use
• Interact with guests to provide friendly service
• Clean ride/attraction daily and maintain cleanliness
• Adhere to safety standards and report violations
• Learn and enforce centralized measuring guidelines
