Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and process returns per vendor policies.
• Wrap sellable merchandise using seal and shrink-wrap packaging guidelines.
• Maintain correct stock/inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned items.
• Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings to the Asset Protection Supervisor.
