Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) for a Best Buy store in Tucson, AZ. This part-time position focuses on driving sales of Samsung devices and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include demonstrating and selling Samsung products, building relationships with store staff, meeting monthly sales goals, and completing daily sales reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products within a Best Buy store.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products with staff and customers.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to meet store goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales quotas.
