Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to support a territory of retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, merchandising tasks, and basic repairs across multiple stores, following standards to keep displays on-brand. Flexible 19–26 hours weekly with paid mileage and drive time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within SLAs, where required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
