Paycom - ATS in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member for our Cedar Rapids South Store. You will help provide outstanding customer service, process donations, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will handle material, greet donors, replenish inventory on the sales floor, and work with store leadership to meet production and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Related work experience preferred, but not required
• Successful completion of a sex offender background check

Responsibilities

• Retail Team Member duties include helping customers, processing donations, using the cash register, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with sorting, tagging, and stocking inventory on the sales floor.
• Work with store leadership to meet production and sales goals.
