Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for the SouthPark Mall location in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team on the sales floor, coach crew, and help drive store performance while delivering the brand’s approachable and fun customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, high energy, and community engagement, with responsibilities that include opening/closing the store and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand and community.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to support the store in meeting/exceeding store financial goals and metrics.
• Host the party while effectively communicating vineyard vines core values to customers.
• Regularly exemplifies values: Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
• Execute the fundamentals of door to floor: receiving shipments to setting floor with new inventory.
• Focus on people development and training; coach, onboard and mentor crew.
