Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Team Leader at Promenade Temecula in Temecula, CA. You’ll lead Sales Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with LEGO guidelines, while delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will train the team on visual merchandising and brand standards, contributing to a hybrid work model with an average of 3 days in the office and up to 30 hours per week availability.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week with minimum 4 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandised shop floor.
• Support merchandise presentation and loss prevention targets.
• Provide training to enhance the team’s customer service, product knowledge and sales.
