Job summary

The LEGO Group in Nashua, NH seeks a Part-Time Team Leader at Pheasant Lane Mall to inspire the store team and deliver a memorable brand experience for customers.

You will train Sales Associates, lead visual merchandising, manage cash handling and inventory audits, and ensure space management and price accuracy. The role promotes high standards of service, product knowledge, and a positive, safety-first team culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training to the team.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by regular review of sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure effective space management techniques are used.
• Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) for customer focus and sales.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished consistently.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
