Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail in Franklin, TN. You will support a store leadership team, supervise Sales Associates, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding LEGO policies and procedures.

You will train staff, manage merchandise presentation, handle cash procedures, and contribute to a collaborative, safety‑first environment with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Leadership/retail management experience
• Delivery of employee training
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
• Point of sale automated systems
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
• Physical requirements (lifting up to 30 lbs and long periods on your feet)
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week incl. weekends with at least 4 days

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM/SM in scheduling and supervision
• Train Sales Associates on standards and product knowledge
• Ensure accurate cash handling and stock control
• Maintain stockroom organization and price/merchandising
• Support store presentation and loss prevention efforts
• Model LEGO Brand values and lead a high‑performing team
