Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking an energetic, dependable individual for a 2nd Assistant Manager position on a part-time basis in Wisconsin.

You will help run the store, greet customers, and lead the sales team on duty while developing leadership skills for a retail career. This entry-level management role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
