Office Depot in Aurora, CO is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead who delivers total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships, drive sales, and model our 5C values in daily interactions.

As a part-time Key Carrier and potential Leader on Duty, you will help ensure store security, schedule openings and closings, and coach teammates to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Print and Services and drive overall store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Contribute to merchandising standards and loss prevention compliance.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and provide total solutions.
• Assist in opening/closing as a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed.
