Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to manage daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, oversee shipments, and maintain store presentation while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes upselling, team leadership, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail leadership and a strong customer focus are important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver positive sales performance and meet monthly targets.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories where appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks Brand in all interactions.
• Follow loss prevention policies and reduce shrinkage.
• Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues.
